Overview

Unit 001 is a recently renovated two bedroom/two bath condominium at Vail International with a full kitchen with granite countertops and a full size washer and dryer. The dining table seats up to 6 people. There is also a living area with a gas fireplace. One bedroom has two Doubles and other bedroom has a King. The condo faces to the west and is on the ground level. There is WiFi within the unit with service provided by Xfinity with download speeds up to 175 mb. If you need your daily caffeine fix, there is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. This mountain modern unit will be a great home for your winter or summer adventures in Vail. New photos of this unit were posted in April of 2022.

On Site Amenities at Vail International

There is an outdoor hot tub and heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.

There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.

There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.

Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.

Free Parking for one vehicle per reservation at Vail International.

Additional spaces at $40 per night, per vehicle may be possible, subject to availability.

Park your car at Vail International and take the free in town shuttle that runs continuously in a loop between Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak. You can also walk to many of the prime locations in Vail as the property is centrally located between Lionshead and Vail Village.
