Vail International #406 is a remodeled condo with south facing views to Vail Mountain and vaulted ceilings throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The unit includes a dining area as well as a living area with a gas fireplace and flat panel TV. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. One bedroom has two Twin beds and the other bedroom has a King bed. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV. There is also a third semi-private loft sleeping area located at the top of a staircase that is accessed through the bedroom with two Twins. This area includes two Twin beds, a Queen bed and a flat panel TV. If you like to start your day with a cup of coffee, you can brew it in the standard 12 oz coffee pot in the kitchen with the coffee and filters that are provided.

There is an outdoor hot tub and heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.

There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.

There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.
