At the top of this tower is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and smooth quartz countertops. The breakfast bar seats four, with the adjacent dining table sitting an additional eight. Off the kitchen, you can cook in the fresh mountain air on your private deck with an assortment of seating and a gas grill. There’s also a powder room on this uppermost level.
A few steps down from the kitchen awaits the cozy living room with a wall of windows to welcome in the alpine views. The wood-burning fireplace adds a rustic touch to this otherwise bright and modernly appointed living room. Step onto the balcony each morning to check for signs of wildlife outside, or enjoy your coffee here on a cool summer morning.
Guest bedroom two is located downstairs on the third level and features a queen bed. There’s a flat-screen in this room as well, with an adjacent ensuite holding a stand-alone shower. Next door is guest bedroom three, offering two twin beds and a flat-screen and stand-alone shower ensuite.
The second level hosts the main bedroom, with a banquette under the row of wood-trimmed windows allowing the natural Colorado sunlight. The king bed in this bedroom sits across from a flat-screen tv tucked into the elegant wood cabinetry. A connected main bathroom offers a spacious step-in shower and double vanity.
The bunk bedroom on the lowest level also acts as a media room, with a comfortable sitting area and a tv. There’s a full ensuite here as well, with a tub and shower combination. Just outside sits the laundry room, with a stacked washer and dryer.
This beautiful home is great for getting outside in the summer, and you can walk to the ski lifts in the winter.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2
- Ski access is just a short walk through the community, but you can elect to take the complimentary community shuttle instead for a warmer commute
- Parking for 2 cars is available in a shared, uncovered parking area
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
