This newly constructed duplex represents thoughtful design with easy access to Breck’s iconic Main Street and legendary Ski Resort. The Main Level is the heart of the home and features a bright and welcoming, open-concept layout with lots of natural light spilling in through floor to ceilings under vaulted ceilings. The gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen will attract all levels of chefs with plenty of workspace on expansive countertops, professional-grade appliances such as the six-burner Wolf gas range and a large island with seating at 4 leather barstools. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 10 in a chair and bench combo. An oversized glass door gives way to the deck where you’ll find the BBQ gas grill available for year-round use. Dine al fresco in the summer months and enjoy the sounds of the Blue River rushing just below.
At the end of the day, unwind in the Great Room – cozy up on the sofa next to the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the TV. The large sectional sofa plus two armchairs offer ample and comfortable seating so your entire group can relax together and dream up the next day’s adventures. A powder bath is conveniently located on the Main Level as well.
The Upper Level is home to the Master Suite – slip away and enjoy some quiet time reading beside the warm gas fireplace or soaking in the large tub. The spacious bedroom suite features a king bed, TV, gas fireplace and private ensuite bath. The ensuite bath is a dream with large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dual vanity.
The Lower Level features a cozy den with a TV, plush seating in a large sofa and a wet bar. Easily access to the lower patio, gas firepit and private hot tub just beyond the den. Three bedrooms are situated on this level as well, each with their own bathroom.

Wild Horse River Escape is on the 2020/21 Paragon Guest Courtesy Winter Shuttle. Operations run from mid-November through mid-April between the hours of 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Transportation runs throughout the Town of Breckenridge. Please inquire within for additional details.

Wild Horse River Retreat sits on the south end of Breckenridge in a newly developed neighborhood, just minutes from Main Street. A quick 4-minute drive offers easy access to Peak 9’s Quicksilver SuperChair. An 11-minute walk will get you to the free shuttle on River Park Drive.
