If you're looking for a mountain retreat tucked into the trees, overlooking Burgess Creek, with easy access to Steamboat Ski Resort, Winterwood Townhomes should be at the top of your list. This location is only a few hundred yards from the base of the Thunderhead Lift. The vast majority of skiers and snowboarders will be starting their day with long lines at the base of the gondola; here, you can be one of the first in line at the Thunderhead Lift by using the seasonal shuttle, walking, or having a family member drop you off!

The main living space includes the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room, boasting high ceilings, a flatscreen TV, and a gas log fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone. The kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of prep space, and additional seating at the bar if you're entertaining friends. The living room flows out onto a large deck with seating, a firepit, and a gas grill that overlooks Burgess Creek - the perfect place to begin your day with that first cup of coffee. It's even common to see wildlife resting in this area when the snow gets deep on the nearby mountain.

The top floor's primary bedroom suite has an updated bathroom that includes dual vanity sinks, a steam shower, and nice finishes throughout. A second sleeping space is accessible through the primary bedroom only and does not have its own entrance. The lower level has another bedroom with an updated bathroom, and a private sauna. A full bath on each of the three levels allows for enough space to host a small group or a large family comfortably.
