Residence #34 has ski access to Assay Hill and a clear path to the gondola. Phase III has its own community hot tub and is equipped with lockable ski and snowboard storage. Residence 34 has a wood burning fire place and floor to ceiling windows. Grill out on the patio just off the dining area and enjoy the views of the gondola and slopes.

One master bedroom is located just off of the living area with its very own bath, while the other three bedrooms are located on the lower level. One of the downstairs bedrooms is equipped with two bunkbeds. The other bedroom is set with a queen bed. The third downstairs bedroom is the true master complete with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, walk in closet, and beautiful views.

The public shuttle does stop at the roundabout and this unit comes with one covered parking space twenty feet from the front door.
